ITCH studio wins the First Prize in the EUROPAN 12 International competition in Vienna with “Monument in Fertile Country” project, for the development of a new residential and office district in the north of the Austrian capital. The project develops an area of over 90.000 sqm and is characterized for a central public space, completely pedestrian, which connects all the new buildings. A large “plate” contains all the parking spaces and the vehicular mobility which is therefore completely independent from the pedestrian mobility.LINK
